Until 2010 we had only one weekend camp in Santa Cruz. It always filled super quickly, and while those who participated had a wonderful time, lots of people were left on our waitlists.

In 2010 we added a San Jose camp, in 2011 we moved it to Los Gatos, and now in 2012 we've actually doubled the capacity by expanding to two back-to-back weekends. We feel super lucky to get to spend so much time in such a wonderful area, and to be able to teach, and inspire, more women all the time.

We're currently working on the location of our morning skill sessions, and have a great lead from the crew at Summit Bikes that will make things more convenient than ever before.

In the afternoons we'll head out to a variety of different trails. The ones we ride in Santa Teresa Park are often used for product development tests and industry demos, and offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, with a variety of loops, and unique technical rocky sections too.

We'll have a few additional options in Saratoga Gap and a shuttling option, just like at the Santa Cruz camp, at the Soquel Demo Forest on Sunday.

Just like the Santa Cruz camp, the Los Gatos camps will offer a fantastic start to the best of the riding season. Whether you're into smooth singletrack, bermed corners, technical climbing, rolling drops, small to medium jumps, rock descents, or natural log rides, you'll be set!

Summit Bicycles Los Gatos has set up a month of great discounts for camp participants. Go into the shop anytime between April 15 and May 31 to receive 10% off bikes, 15% off parts and accessories, and 20% off labor.
